Corporate finance
We are experienced in acting for lenders and borrowers in respect of corporate facilities. Our experience includes advising in respect of bespoke bilateral facilities, club loans and refinancings.
Project finance
We offer project finance and infrastructure financing advice to clients. We are able to assist with project formation and structuring, implementation and financing. The scope of our advice incorporates limited recourse financing, mezzanine financing and subordinated debt funding arrangements.
